Gabrilla Ann Garrett a native of Sampson County, NC. After graduating from high school she moved to Wilmington, NC and attended UNC Wilmington, receiving a degree in Philosophy and Religion.  She is an honorably discharged veteran having served her country in the United States Army. She is married to Charles Garrett, and they have one child, Samuel Garrett.

Pastor Garrett accepted the call into the ministry in 1991 and has been ordained as an elder.  She is Pastor of (SEOM) Spiritual Educational Outreach Ministries in Wilmington, NC. She enjoys preaching, teaching and conducting workshops and seminars for the glory of God. She sits on several boards and is active in several organizations on a local and state level:

She has committed herself to a life of Kingdom Building and service.  She enjoys working with youth, the down trodden and those who just need a word of encouragement.  As a saved minister of the Gospel, her hearts desire is to do the work and will of God.  She and her husband have committed themselves to God and to each other to be holy vessels, to be used for the glory of God Almighty.
